To cancel your subscription, we ask that you send us your request in writing (even a simple email is suitable). There are no long term contracts. In fact, the only contract that we use is our user agreement that basically says our program is ours and your database information is yours. You can leave at any time with no hard feelings. We strongly believe you are your own best friend with respect to SEO. It basically comes down to providing good content for your customers, but there are some details you need to know about and take care of. So we set out to make a system that makes it really easy to take care of those details. That way you don't get bogged down in technical stuff and can get to the serious work of providing really useful products and information for your customers.

Our sites come pre-loaded with keywords for the Indoor Playground and Family Entertainment Center industry such as arcade, trampoline, laser tag, etc. For best results, you'll still want to tweak and edit the text, and have good, incoming links to your website (form business relationships and link to each others' sites; the days of the old "link farm" are long over. In fact, you can get penalized for doing that!). Your website will be very user-friendly and allows you to easily edit and tweak your text and meta tags. It is so easy that you never need to see any code or HTML (unless you want to, of course).

Inventory item page paths and URLs autopopulate with relevant text descriptions based on the item title, rather than generic "item_123blahblahblah...," so search engines are more likely to index the page. Again, you'll want to take a look at the automatically generated page paths just to make sure they look good, and our system makes it easy to do that!

Load times are lightning fast (another factor that can have a tremendous impact on your SEO), making use of caching preloading where it can be safely used, along with other elegant techniques for speed and efficiency on our dedicated enterprise-level Rackspace servers. Absolutely! We made our own CMS (content management system) that allows you to add and edit your own pages and text. It's just like using a word processor. You can make as many pages as you want. For example, once you've collected some nice testimonials about your laser tag company (the automatic surveys do this for you), you can make a "Testimonials" page and it will be automatically added to the navigation on the site. Just copy/clip the text!

We can make your site look and feel anyway you want. You can either choose from one of our templates (We'll be adding more that you can change to at any time), you can provide us with a template, or we can take some of the graphic images from your current site and make a new template just for you.

Some companies that have large complicated sites, choose to link to our software just for the ordering process. This works too, but if it isn't huge we suggest moving the pages to our system. Doing so makes the pages easier to maintain and keeps a uniform look and feel throughout the site.
